Great service and friendly staff
package not delivered on time and listed as "customer was not available" I paid $60 for overnight saturday delivery. I deserve a refund, do I not? No tag was left, but all I get is a grainy picture of one from 1985! UNACCEPTABLE!
The people here are friendly, Tara especially is great. Most of the bad reviews I see are about things they can't control locally. I have often been frustrated by problems with FedEx too, but the counter workers here try their best to help and are 100% better than calling the 1800 number.
People: find somewhere else to ship items, don’t put yourself through the stress and issues of using this location. Worst experience ever. I came in with a large, heavy picture to ship and the guy at front desk doesn’t greet me, help me (at first). He just stares at me with disdain. Reluctantly he finds me a box. I did my research beforehand. Thought this would be ok to have packaged there. He did find a box, and finally he did help with the box. Next, the total shipping amount was significant.
