No appliance dolly at this site so it was extremely difficult getting a tall heavy bed frame box inside with just their small flat dollies (a return because FedEx from Richfield delivered it in an open damaged box). There was no way I could have laid this box down on the small flat dolly and made the tight turn between the 2 entry doors, plus the box would have just slid off. The woman behind the counter was very flustered by something she was doing when I walked in She was also rude to me when she finally helped me .she kept telling me that I would have to pay to send my package, for which I had a third party payment. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff!!
Trans action was quick enought but I hope it makes it to the destination. I came with a paid label, but tall 60ish female clerk acted completely inconvenienced to service me throughout. Traffic was very light at the time. Experience at UPS is consistently better.
