Fedex has got to be the worst shipping company ever! The driver claimed to have delivered my package when he did not deliver it, Online it shows delivered, this Driver never even attempted the delivery. I have to go to Fedex ship center signal hill to pick it up. what a waste of my time.
The front desk was very helpful and the service was very fast! They helped me decide on the different shipping options for my package. The checkout experience was fast and no hassles. Came midday and there was no line and two associates at the front desk to help me. My only issue is that they don't have tap to pay, and the chip reader didn't work either. Otherwise I'd give the place 5 Stars.
