Calling them on the phone and they answer most of my questions.
Horrible delivery driver ( Emmanuel) he never deliversy package always lazy to dial the intercom. And also says it’s Always closed need to do better man
Got an alert earlier today that these guys attempted a delivery and it was "refused by recipient" - either they can't read maps, or someone's real confused because the driver doesn't seem to understand that pretty much every house has one of those video doorbells - and guess which one Fedex didn't ring on either of those packages? Now I'm waiting while some vague nonsense about "investigating" happens. I wish you could block carriers from shipping orders because FedEx is the most unreliable nonsense I've ever seen.
