Absolutely terrible customer service. They didn't arrive during the delivery window, so I had to leave, and they left a note saying they came but couldn't deliver... Then, the system would not allow me to do a digital signature so they could just leave it at my door. The next day, the package tracking says that it has not left the facility, so I called to ask if they could just hold it and I'll come pick it up because I can't just sit at home for 12 hours wondering when a package is going to show up... but the phone system l... read more
I’m honestly not one to rate or review anywhere, but my all around experience with FedEx this week has been beyond abysmal. They failed to deliver twice to my apartment building. I set delivery instructions to call and even spoke with an agent who ensured me they would. Twice they did not and didn’t deliver. Now, they told me on the phone I could drive 20 minutes here and come pick it up.
