Monday, Aug 26, 3:10 PM - Staff-individual did an amazing job on making me feel I've forgotten a shipping aspect which I purposely done. I knew the individual wasn't friendly after greeting them a Good Afternoon. Giving me first, a silent stare and stared at the package twice, indicating how I did not make the conscious human effort taping the edges of the label - where the barcode is located.
