Package was out for delivery around 8am. I was waiting at home the entire time. Suddenly I receive a notification that the delivery was attempted which is completely untrue. The driver Bryan didn’t even attempt to deliver. He never called or anything. And the only photo he provided was a photo of my label on the box. I don’t like how they claimed that “customer was unavailable”. They didn’t even try to contact me or anything. I’m so disappointed. I thought I forgot to sign something I was sending and they were very nice about finding my package opening it and repacking everything once I had double checked it
