Love coming to this location. Its easy to find with fast, helpful and friendly service. Never had an issue receiving live packages. Highly recommend! Parking lot is small, be mindful of the time of day you have to go. When I have to start shipping I will definitely be coming here!
In Columbia, Pa . Every single time the fed ex delivery guy brings a package, he throws the package on porch and leaves our gate open!!!! We have dog!! Please handle packages with care and close the gate!!! Our dog could get out! Ffs!!!!

Fedex has terrible customer service and if I had the choice I would use UPS instead. They don’t give out the phone number for the local branch. So I went into the local branch to ask my questions. The representative told me to call the 800 number. So I went to my car and called the 800 number and I got a robot and the robot would not allow me to talk to a person. So I went back in the store and told the guy that. He told me to go on the 800 number and keep saying operator. I did that and tried every way possible calling back... read more
