While I had a shipping issue that wasn't handled correctly initially, the staff at this FedEx location went above and beyond to make it right. Scott was incredibly kind—even though it wasn't his responsibility, he personally helped me call the 800 number to open a ticket and stayed with me until everything was resolved. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to come out from behind the door. Luckily the girl was nice. Because we were ready to leave. There was no bell or anything to ring wasn't even sure if or anyone would know we walked in. .
