This is an extremely slow location! The employees are less than polite when waiting on you. It always sounds like there's a party going on in the back! Perhaps someone from FedEx needs to read these!
They are rude
This is the WORST fedex in Houston. They will fight about who is assigned to the front desk and have meetings while a line develops out the door. The employees are rude. Except for Carolyn.
