FedX ground lost 2nd package this month and delivered to wrong address. Packages were from EBay sellers. eBay was no help. FedX Staff was very understanding helping to track delivery using tracking number.
I am a notary and I had the opportunity to meet a client of mine at this location. She was in a time crunch to sign some documents and then have them shipped out ASAP! We arrived at 5:50pm and didn’t finish signing until right before they closed at 6:30. The two workers at the counter were phenomenal! I want to shout out Marc Adams and Antavia Holmes. I literally asked for their names.They were a great help.
Always get fast and helpful service here. Seems like everyone that works here is on their game and knows what they are doing. They do have 1 computer that likes to be difficult but the people are great
