This office does not receive any packages hold for pickup. This is a SHIP center only, I know the website says it's an office but it is not.

This is not a complaint about this particular office this is a complaint about calling the 800 number for FedEx you cannot get a human being to talk to you you get a robot to talk to you and finally just hang up once the robot is completed going through the logic tree of trying to come up with the reason you called I called four times in 15 minutes and it finally hung up on me each time I never got to talk to a person I found no way on their website to communicate with a human being. Choose UPS. Or the post office or DHL.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of dealing with FedEx out of Collinsville, Illinois, regarding a meticulously arranged delivery. To my delight, I received an email from FedEx saying my package would be gracing my doorstep between 12:10 PM and 2:10 PM, accompanied by a reminder that a signature would be essential. But much to my amusement, the driver decided to drop by at 10:00 AM—two whole hours ahead of schedule! Naturally, since I was out savoring my free time, the delivery couldn't proceed.
