I rarely write reviews, but I truly wish I could give this location zero stars But I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. When I tried to ship a package, the employee complained that the address was too long to fit on their computer screen. I responded that it was their job to figure out how to enter the address correctly. From there, the interaction went downhill. I had one of the most upsetting customer service experiences of my life at this FedEx location today. I’m a young woman who lives out of state from my parents and recently upgraded my phone through Verizon. The package was under my father’s name since he’s the account manager, but my phone number and contact information were listed on the delivery.
