Great two employees at the front counter. Answered all my questions and helped me ship my tires. Not easy
Wish I could put 0 stars. No one is available 24/7 to address an issue. I had a refrigerated medication delivery that needed to be received within 48 hours. No delivery attempt was made and by the time I saw the FedEx email, the office was closed and my delivery was rescheduled to arrive 3 days later due to the holiday. The value of the medication is $4,000 and it's no longer viable. The rep. lied to me stating that a signature was needed and no one was home when they attempted to deliver. Can I leave less than one star? If I could, I would. Horrible customer service. I didn't get the woman's name but from other reviews, it seems to be the same person. She was an older woman with glasses and pink nails. She was super rude and had an attitude from the beginning of our interaction. I let it go for the most part, and finally I asked can I just get my stuff back. When she asked why, I said because you have an attitude and I don't want to deal with it.
