As expected, slow & steady
Was in this location on Thursday 10am. Guy didn’t want to reprint label said “we do not do this go to different location 4miles away. All he had to do scan reprint. Canceled my label and shipped with UPS. Keep hiring people who don’t care and you will lose your costumer base.
Drivers suck ass. I was home both days. They didn’t even ring door bell or anything just skipped my delivery said no one was home. Now I have to drive to Boca to get my package. ( what’s the point of putting my home address on packages anymore ? ) Just ridiculous how lazy everyone are these days.
I visited this ship center to pick up a package that required a signature. I was impressed by the quick service - the staff were very polite and friendly.
