FedEx in Jonesboro has some of the worst delivery drivers (not all of them ) my package was to be delivered today and then when I tracked my package that I've been waiting for all day. Tracking said package was sent back and said they would try and reattempt delivery. No attempt to deliver the package. Didn't follow delivery instructions. This has happened several times.
The lady was so helpful and kind.
Terrible.
Checked on order numerous times and was told it was out for delivery. Over the course of two weeks we were told package was out for delivery and also could not be picked up by us. Called today to now hear package is “lost.” I believe our package was stolen by a delivery driver.
