FedEx lied and said I refused a package that I so desperately need on hand 9 (was home at that time) and since then every day is the same damn thing package delayed day after day 🤬 calling customer support don't help when they contradict themselves as well!! What a giant inconvenience to me and my health dealing with the stress of this mess!! Outsourcing calls is one thing.but when you're getting told different stories it's something different!
