I was there at the location to pick up my package since no one was at the house by the time the package was delivered. It’s been two hoursI waited until the closing time. I was told by Sonia that it will be sent to the nearest location the next Day. However, Sonia made sure that I will be able to pick it up from there and did above and beyond to help me pick up my package the next day. Always friendly service from the beautiful young ladies at the front desk. Every package I drop off here is always delivered to the destination with no issues!

The drivers really need to be investigated. I have had boxes left in the rain on a side of a building, I have had packages that were supposed to be delivered to my door with signature left outside of my leasing office. The funny part, they have the gate codes to get in. It’s also multiple elevators in my building, so the deliveries should be easy.
