Not everyone should work in customer service and today was a great example. I watched a mature gentleman come in with 24 boxes to ship and the representative rolled her eyes and stayed in her phone ridiculing him while loading the boxes on the conveyor belt saying “you need to hurry up” , “you need to go to another location I do not want to deal with this”, and after the boxes were all loaded on the belt she then goes to say “hmm we don’t take that many boxes”.
