I been using this FedEx location. Since last year and, I have been happy with the results. Friendly and professional people all the time.
Very bad experience with them. Today, Monday, I am at home waiting for a package. I was even waiting outside. I never saw the FedEx truck, and when I checked the tracking it says they couldn't deliver it because there was no one to sign for it. That's a lie, since I was there the whole time and I never saw the FedEx truck. I am very upset. This isn't the first time, and I find the driver very incompetent.
One lady is always consistently helpful and the other one acts like she doesn't want to be there
FedEx Delivery Manager (online tool for customers) allowed me to say I did not want deliveries for a few days until I got back home, but then FedEx continued to attempt to deliver while I was not home and counted all three attempts while I was gone as delivery attempts. I asked for the 3rd attempt that should have happened after I got home to occur and they refused. Instead, they hold on to the package for 5 days and then send it back to the shipper.
