**Update: the local staff are great, no complaints! Very polite and helpful** If this review was specifically for the local branch and its current employees I would give it 5 stars. (The rest is regarding FedEx as a company, not the local staff): If you have a damaged package, you are better off kissing your money goodbye. The guy working at the front desk was the most helpful employee I've ever met. He was super nice, very knowledgeable, and very willing to help me figure out how to return my package since there was an issue with the return code. Great, very easy experience, I would FedEx again
We sat waiting at home during the 2 hrs delivery window so we could sign for our package. The driver never knocked nor rang the door bell, just left a door tag. Even after calling the 1-800 # there is nothing they can do today. So we have to stay here all day tomorrow in the hopes he feels like knocking this time- complete BS!
