The number of times I was reassured that a delivery would be made then just wouldn't appear was ridiculous. Drivers never reach out to verify delivery address if confused and there's no direct way to call this Fedex Shipping Center as it seems it is now Fedex policy to just push all customer service to a designated call center that can really just tell you the same information you have, which is that the package wasn't delivered.

Amazing service!! I got there after they were already closed but begged and pleaded — and a wonderful employee Zach was kind enough to open the door and take care of me anyway — had a VERY important overnight package that wouldn’t have made it!! Highly recommend these guys and this location in particular

There do not follow delivery instructions that are in my account. All my packs just are supposed to be delivered to the back door but they are constantly leaving them at the front door. I have complained online each time it happens and it still happens.
