Great staff and drivers. The entire team helped us when we got into a bind because of a mis-shipment delivery error we caused. Thanks to both the counter staff and the drivers.
Every other carrier delivers to our front door. FedEx leaves the package in the grass next to the mailbox in the rain or sun. A call to customer service will waste your time and despite having asked for door delivery, packages conntinue to be left out in the elements, unsecured. Use a different carrier.
My experience with FedEx has been horrible. I have a computer shipped from my company that I work for Overnighted to me and it’s been five days with no word on the package or where it’s at. I’ve spoken With six people and no resolution. I keep getting told different things by different people even speaking with a manager. I'm not sure what the purpose of this place is. I had a package ready to go and a QR code for scanning/printing the shipping label, but the lady working there said she couldn't print the label and I would have to take it to Barracks. Why not just make this a drop box?
