Sold me the wrong box. I requested 50×20×8 guitar box. Guy grabs a 48×24×24 random box. Rings me up. I walk to the vehicle to package said item, realize THEIR MISTAKE, manager tells me he can't refund "supplies". Sends me on 2 hr goose chase around cap district to exchange THEIR MISTAKE. Front end guy is horrible. Manager is horrible
Terrible phone service and terrible deliveries, they do not knock when signatures required and they never deliver to the right address
Actual FedEx shipping center as opposed to a random FedEx franchise in a mall. And as of March 2025 they are open until 8 pm on most days. I dropped a package at around 7 pm at night and it was halfway across the country the next morning (One Price Two Day Small Box service). Pretty impressive and not that expensive compared to USPS.
