My package was marked as delivered but never arrived. The shipper did not request signature at delivery, but the package was signed for even though I wasn’t home. The FedEx driver forged my signature (even though it wasn’t required) and yet my package disappeared. The rep from this FedEx branch that responded to my complaint was extremely rude and never followed up with me after their “investigation”. It’s been over 2 weeks now. There is NO accountability here. Stay away.
