Had a bad experience with these guys. They tried to deliver during my work hours and did not leave the package after signing for it to be left. Was told it was at one location and was not there then was told it was at another location and guess what it wasn't there either. Will never use fed ex again.
This FedEx Ship Center is a very well organized establishment, not only are they open until 8pm, but they are very understanding and reliable when it comes down to finding your package and receiving your package. I never have any problems picking up my packages and just make sure to show them proof of address and an ID when you arrive, just for verification, that's pretty much it.
Very accommodating to my needs
I wish I could give 0 stars! Horrible customer service
