They lost my package at least three months ago .I filled a claim. And they never reconcted me to update me or paid me for my losses.
Great Customer Service!
Don’t ever get a package requiring a signature; they won’t leave it. They claim they came by but I have a camera. No door tag. Lazy and unprofessional. They will lie on the phone and say they will redeliver that day (perishable item). Nope they just let it spoil. They are the worst most unprofessional people I have ever seen. The management is even worse. Don’t know how they stay in business!
