Update: 7 years later and they still haven’t improved smh Claimed they tried to deliver a package to my door and left a "door tag". I would like to know where this door tag is??? because it wasn't on my door. If you don't want to finish your delivery run, just say that, but don't lie and have peoples' packages sent back to sender. It's frustrating and time consuming.
