The first time they tried to deliver my stuff they said they almost gave It to the wrong address how do u get the address wrong and It’s on the package and then it said it was gone come today and it’s still not here I don’t understand how this place still in business.

I’m so angry right now. They keep trying to deliver the package when I’m at work. I’ve been told I can’t pick it up from the facility. Incredibly dumb. No one has answers or will help me at Fed Ex customer service. The drivers couldn’t care less. My wife has spoke to them twice at the front door camera. I guess they’d rather send the package back than allow me to pick it up or schedule a delivery time. What’s the point of paying for expedited shipping??
