Had a $1,600 package being delivered. Got wrongly delivered, I called to try and get help and they told me they couldn’t help me. I traced where it was dropped off at by the “proof of delivery” photo and surrounding scenery, it was a 1/4 mile from my house, left by a private multi acreage multi house driveway gate. Only 1 attemp at delivery of time sensitive materials. Was scheduled delivery and came 2 hours earlier. Now refused to redeliver. I'm house boud disabled. Yelling at me on phone and saying if I wanted it, I should start walking there!!!!
