1. Same complaints. Was home. Garage door open. Car in garage. No note. Didn't hear a doorbell. 2. No phone at SLO office. On line attendant argued with me package not sent. 3. No communication of time when package would be available for pick up.
Staff was very friendly
you can no longer even call this office. It is an endless loop of robots and customer support agents that are not in the building. Just get a phone
Worst FedEx in the state.. Drivers make no attempt to deliver, just leave a slip on the door and leave. I've watched them do it. Even when you electronically sign ahead of time, they don't deliver. Then they deliver it on a day you aren't home so your super expensive item can now be stolen.
The lady working the counter obviously does not like working with people.
