At first he said my Amazon Prime pkg was deliver to another location. He looked in the shelves and in the back. Two others tried to help when I show them the delivery address was their store deliver by UPS themselves. After ten minutes of back and forth the third gentleman found the package where it was not supposed to be. I do give them points for not giving up on their service.
I've only had to do a couple of drop offs for purchase returns. I'm grateful this FedEx is close by and I was in and out everytime. :)
