Can't even call them about your package it's just robots and rude customer service from another country.
1. Same complaints. Was home. Garage door open. Car in garage. No note. Didn't hear a doorbell. 2. No phone at SLO office. On line attendant argued with me package not sent. 3. No communication of time when package would be available for pick up.
