Saw an old friend who moved their employment to this location. It was fine. FedEx needs to put their hours back to what they once were and their previous much later cut-off times.
I've had some pretty bad experiences at this one trying to resolve a delivery and to ship an item back. Mainly gave us standard replies and did not go out of their way to explain how to best resolve. Managers of this site should take a look at our customer services being done.

I recently received an envelope containing important documents shipped to me via FedEx International Priority. Unfortunately, the delivery was left outside my door in the rain without any attempt to ring the doorbell. This lack of care resulted in my documents being soaked and damaged. I have never experienced such issues with other shipping companies, and this level of service is completely unacceptable.
