Package wasn't delivered got a call saying driver couldn't find my house. Wow I just got a fedex delivery 2 days before what changed . This happens every other order with fedex. So they give me a number to call to verify my address again and what a shock the guy that answers the phone barely speaks English and is no real help. Funny I never have this problem with UPS
Wouldn't deliver b/c it lacked a "floor number" but we don't have one, despite others being delivered to the same address. Went back and forth with FedEx as soon as I learned the problem but was unable to provide the number they needed so they could deliver it, went back and forth with them a couple of times, and in the end I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way. I'd care a lot less if I had enough spent $40 on shipping to try to get it before the long weekend, instead I got it a week and a half later when I was finally abl... read more
