I went to this location to drop off a package but had a problem with the label. Lisa S. went above and beyond to help me get the package shipped out. She really made it a better experience and I appreciate that.
Unbelievably lazy. Paid for expedited shipping. Was given a date. Date was pushed a day later, sitting at this facility. Was told that the cage was too packed and it was too hard to get to. I will never pay for FedEx expedited shipping again.
Can’t get ahold of an actual person. The automated system is like a maze, just to ask a question. Went through UPS instead.
Easiest experience I’ve had. I was in and out within 2 minutes.
