The driver came to my door to deliver a package I waited all day at home to sign for. she saw my car was on the driveway, didn’t knock or attempt to deliver the package AT ALL, left a “We missed you” tag on my door, and left. She made ZERO attempt to see if anyone was home and deliver the package. I don’t think she ever intended to whatsoever. Even on hot days, they helped my package stay cool from the heat. Looking forward to using there service again.
Placed a hold on all packages being delivered and they delivered to the residence. What's the point of having hold mail if you're going to disregard?
