The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful, however, the rest of my experience has been awful. FedEx in Bismarck is quickly becoming very similar to USPS in how poor their service is. Expedited deliveries are not met, packages are loss, and no one is willing to help or give answers
The woman behind the ship counter "Rota" was extremely helpful. When I think of good customer service she is exactly what comes to mind. Thank you!
