Absolute worst. Remove all drop boxes from North Bismarck and then move only shipping location to a cleverly-hidden 50 sq. ft hole in the wall of a 200,000 sq. ft military complex located in the swamps of South Bismarck. Forget about trying to use a credit card and having an assistant do the shipping for you. No worries, they can drive 12 miles back to the north side of Bismarck to get an ID. NOT. Use Priority Mail- more convenient, less aggravation, way more affordable and just as reliable.

For a "warehouse like setting," industry, priceless. For the on sight early morning management from what I've understood through the grapevine of life: they allow staff to look up a woman's shirt, they then approach those staff members immediately after they look up another's shirt and state, "You want the job, you got it!" Although I'm not always a huge fan of FedEx's service, the staff at the Bismarck Ship Center are always extremely kind and exceptionally helpful. I'm glad to have such great help at my local office here to take great care of my packages and to help out when I have issues.
