If there were a 0 star, I would leave it. This driver left all of our packages, including perishable items, at our neighbor's house with this message on the box. Just because he didn't want to drive down the dirt road to our house. Horrible. Fortunately we do know our neighbors and they brought us our packages. Albany, do better!! P.S. the message on the package barely makes sense. Do you all not require a GED for your employees?
Fedex has become more unreliable than usps and customer service is a joke at best. Will not let you speak with a customer service rep and my package has been in anderson sc for almost 3 weeks now and hasnt moved and i cant get any info other than what tracking shows online and i want an explanation why my package has been sitting almost 3 weeks. 1 star is to high of a rating for them. Use ups people atleast they deliver atleast they have so far.
A waste of space. They can’t print shipping labels or do anything useful.
