Nice and friendly I have good drivers in my area. Alot of people have had a bad experience with fedex but knowing the difference between ground, home delivery and express mays all the difference.
SHONTERIA out of the Albany GA FedEx repeatedly delivers every package I order to the SAME wrong address. She cannot read. However, she is consistent. I also get the other person's deliveries. Cannot get anyone at the ALBANY GA office to correct her.
Second time going to this place and Mr.Sassy pants again would not take my package this time i walked in he on the phone talking in a different language i come in with no package because they were super heavy to see if they would accept the return code he instantly said it goes to columbus ga when i havent showed you nothing or have nothing in my hand how you know where it go you aint even seen the package yall need a better front desk person on gordon honestly
