Writing to advise any customers considering using this location to reconsider. This location lost an expensive and priceless wedding ring that was to be delivered by this location. After one attempted delivery, the ring never made it back to the shipping center and has now been deemed lost by the location. FedEx's broader customer service process exacerbates the difficulty in rectifying their mistake. Did not think the clerk was very nice. You can't expect everyone that walks in knows where to find labels x scales etc

Had an issue with the delivery of my package so I went to the center to resolve said issue. The gentleman at the front desk was so extremely helpful. He addressed my concerns and helped ensure I was able to retrieve my package the same day. He attempted to address all my concerns. He was definitely not the issue, but handled my frustrations with grace and empathy. Will definitely go back for any delivery or shipping needs.

The customer service was unaware of shipping practices. I had plants sent here to avoid being left outside or stolen. Plant Story has an option to have live plants shipped and held at a FEDEX location and 3 times I have to explain the process (I was there 2 weeks in a row) and the clerks were unaware! The last straw was when I returned next day, they gave my package back to the USPS driver when it was found versus keeping it for me to pick up the next day.
