They’ve lost my package twice now. They suck.. Wouldn’t recommend.
Of coarse fedex has lost and delayed yet another package. It is now lost no one has a clue as to where it is.. FedEx service has always been nothing but bad.. I have not once had a good experience with FedEx.. I wish the shipper would ask us the customer what carrier we would like our stuff shipped by I would never choose FedEx
The customer rep was nice and did her best to help and gave us more info that we had received about a missing package. Fedex themselves need better procedures when packages have the wrong addresses or not delivered and returned to their facility. Not left for weeks undelivered. Send a message to the sender to help resolve the issue. The customer service rep I give 5 stars for doing the best she could to help try to figure out where the package is.
The package said delivered. I have cameras around my home. FedEx never came on the street. Customer service was no help. I called them 10 minutes after the it showed delivered. They stated they will contact the driver and I received a email 30 minutes later saying that the case was closed. I guess I don’t need my insulin.
