Amazing customer service!
Wish we had options to choose carriers, these people don’t know what they are doing at this facility. Package had been in the truck for two days and the driver takes it back to the station, clueless FeDex Ground and the contractors. Can’t even do a proper delivery. After a few days waiting for my package they can’t find it, these people just don’t care. To update after a full week these people lost a 31 pound package, and no consequences at all, crazy the world we live in.
