I would like to Thank FedEx from the bottom of my heart for what they did yesterday January 12,2026. From the associate at the counter at 500 Commerce in Aurora Il to the Manager to the delivery driver you guys are AWESOME. There was a mix up with my nephew meds and the guy at the counter talked to the Manager and they resent the medicine and the driver delivered the medicine to my door and because of their customer concern and compassion they saved us a trip to the emergency room. THANK YOU GUYS
Worst shipping service. They put the "attempted delivery" sticker on my door and never rang my bell that definitely works and my dogs always alert. The next time they never got out of their delivery van. A bunch of lazy employees making the customers life miserable
