Customer service here is terrible. The man behind the counter was completely clueless when i came in with an ebay return. When he mentioned a problem with the return box not being secure enough he offered no help or possible solution (in a place that is supposed to help you do this very thing) ZERO customer service skills and the employee should be ashamed

I would like to Thank FedEx from the bottom of my heart for what they did yesterday January 12,2026. From the associate at the counter at 500 Commerce in Aurora Il to the Manager to the delivery driver you guys are AWESOME. There was a mix up with my nephew meds and the guy at the counter talked to the Manager and they resent the medicine and the driver delivered the medicine to my door and because of their customer concern and compassion they saved us a trip to the emergency room. THANK YOU GUYS
