The employee was so courteous and came out to my truck and helped me put my package onto a dolly, and brought out the receipt so that I didn't have to go back inside because I'm handicapped. Very quick and easy wonderful experience!

I’m convinced that they steal packages. I had a package with expedited shipping that they apparently lost and after a week they told me that I have to report it lost to the company that sold the products. After I started the refund process, they suddenly found my package, told me that it had something on it as if something burst inside, asked if I wanted them to open it to check the contents (weird as heck), I said no.
