Good service
Very convenient store . Staff are very kind to help and get the package taken . Not much crowded for most part .
Poor customer service
The man behind the counter was very rude to my wife for no reason. She ended up leaving and going to a different location to ship her packages. I had a similar experience last year, which is the reason I'm leaving this review.
Customer service here is terrible. The man behind the counter was completely clueless when i came in with an ebay return. When he mentioned a problem with the return box not being secure enough he offered no help or possible solution (in a place that is supposed to help you do this very thing) ZERO customer service skills and the employee should be ashamed
