This is the rudest most unprofessional location I have ever been to. Bill (if that’s his real name) has given me a hard time every time I have to pick up a package. I was first being helped by Mashi Farooqu, who was rude, which is why I asked for a manager/supervisor. Mashi goes to get Bill who is NOT a supervisor. Everything is done quickly and efficiently, and the service is consistently excellent.
