Whoever Robert is delivering sucks at his job! He failed to ring my doorbell 3x while attempting to deliver my package in Shorewood. Like put some effort into your job
Terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. They don’t explain anything and tell you to go home and call customer service, then you call customer service and there aren’t any customer service reps available. You have to leave your number and have them call you. Fedex and especially this place has become the worst shipping service I’ve ever seen.
Cannot call them and speak to a person this location has had a package of ours that we need to keep our business up and running. We cant get ahold of somone to sort out the issues regarding the shipping. They're automated response on the phone cannot understand or fix the problem.
