OMG, the wait! Then the counter person let the gal behind me (3rd person in line) walk up to counter to "just mail something all ready with mailing sticker". They had to print new sticker, give her receipts, answer her questions about time delivery. Meantime the man in front of me had been there 45 minutes. Unbelievable.
Having a shipment held here was a good alternative for a signature required.

I was in there a few weeks ago, arrived near closing time and ran into issues. Salvador was amazing at working through the system to get my ID process and even stayed after hours to process my package. He was reassuring and nice :). Salvador is a good dude, FedEx, your lucky he’s representing!
Update: fed ex is the worst. Expecting delivery today? Forget it. They just don’t care Thank you for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. It would so much better if my FedEx app could tell us where approx the driver is. I hate waiting for FedEx.
