I would advise people to avoid using this courier Service as they will deliver your package to an unknown address not listed on your information and then play stupid and lie about calling you back while your package is out there being opened by someone that's not you and they don't care about you or your property which is very bad for business and they keep their employees employed that keep making the same mistakes so if you care about your packages I would avoid using FedEx.

I would like the manager of this store to contact me. I stood in your lobby for approximately 15 minutes, waiting and yelling for help while someone sat at a computer, coughing and completely ignored me. Then another girl came to the front and finally helped me and when I asked for the gentleman‘s name, she refused to give it to me. I told her I would be making a complaint. Please provide me with a way to make an official complaint. Thank you.

They gave me a delivery window of 1-3pm and said that I had to physically be home in person to sign for this package, at 4pm they changed it to “arriving before 10pm” and refused to give me an actual estimated time. Thanks for wasting my entire day.

Their phone ai won't let you talk to an employee and gives bad options.
