Update: fed ex is the worst. Expecting delivery today? Forget it. They just don’t care Thank you for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. It would so much better if my FedEx app could tell us where approx the driver is. I hate waiting for FedEx.
Very friendly and helpful employees here. Smaller (and therefore fewer items for purchase) than other FedEx locations, but it's my favorite shipping option in town because it's never crowded and the employees are always so pleasant to work with.
This return shipping experience has to have been one of the most miserable I have ever experienced, I must point out they are better than their competitor in brown, which delivers by drop-kick. However, this is where the good experience ends. I have spent no less than three hours trying to get a refund for a shipment error made by their employee in flagstaff. They are constantly damaging and delaying packages. Never have problems with other shipping companies but this year alone 4 different packages have been damaged or delayed delivery.
