Horrible customer service
I was in and out very quick the employees were very nice friendly and helpful got my package sent out no hassle.
Helpful people got my shipment off.
Honestly, FedEx has the same level of precision as that one person who keeps saying “I’ll do it tomorrow.” Every single shipment: “Your package will arrive Thursday.” Then Thursday comes: “Actually Friday.” Then Friday arrives: “Now expected Monday.” At this point, the estimated delivery date feels completely meaningless. I’ve had around 10 recent shipments and almost every single one got delayed and rescheduled multiple times.
