I would rate this lower if I could. The amount of times I've had FedEx just drive past my house is maddening.

Terrible service! Had a signed delivery scheduled for Saturday. I have 2 dogs that bark at the wind.. the driver never knocked. Called searching (good luck on the weekend ) since this is a REFRIGERATED medication. Fast forward to Monday, driver attempted to deliver, ignored my signed door slip and left. Can't get through to the actual hubs in town, just foreigners that dont understand the word refrigerated. Now I have no idea where my package is or if its been kept refrigerated.
