Hey Theodore, The driver has no control over your package when comes to stuff like that. Until the shipper or recipient changes the services we have to treat it just like a normal delivery.
Here to pick up boyfriend's package that requires a signature even though I told the driver yesterday that I wouldn't be home today until after 6... And to change delivery place/time is $5. Ugh.
