I've had multiple bad experiences. They lost my package! They damaged a different package, liquid leaked out, they taped up a huge hole in the side of that one! They delivered my package to the wrong address! I currently have a package that has been in Ohio since Oct 12 2024, waiting for it to move to give me a delivery date. Three strikes! I know everyone has a bad day, I hope my next delivery person is having a good day, I'd like my package on time and in good condition. Katherine at the north Mankato fedex location is WONDERFUL. From her positive upbeat attitude to her understanding kind personality. I went in and she was able to help me by going above and beyond and always kept a smile on her face. That interaction made my day and I just wanted Katherine to be recognized! :)

Wouldn't release pack to my girlfriend, who has same address as me. She would have been the signer if it was delivered to the house. What's the difference. Also not open on the weekend, now have to take off work on Monday, lose $800 worth of pay. Plus drive another 100 miles to pickup my package. Horrible service.

This location may be staffed but were of little assistance. Needed further packing for a delicate printer and had to pack, tape, and label myself. Talk about lazy!! Travel the extra travel time to go elsewhere.
