Virtual assistant stinks
Great experience. Seeing negative comments about packing their own packages when there are signs saying they don't do that for you and don't provide you materials just have it packed up or buy supplies there. Always helpful and I feel confident in the staff. Some people just want to watch the world burn instead of realizing everyone has stuff going on and need to give everyone a break now and then. Keep up the good work!
I've had multiple bad experiences. They lost my package! They damaged a different package, liquid leaked out, they taped up a huge hole in the side of that one! They delivered my package to the wrong address! I currently have a package that has been in Ohio since Oct 12 2024, waiting for it to move to give me a delivery date. Three strikes! I know everyone has a bad day, I hope my next delivery person is having a good day, I'd like my package on time and in good condition.
