Horrible customer service, obviously bothered to have someone come in to ship something. I left. The UPS Store in Saline was very helpful, friendly and took care of what I needed.
So far so good, just wish they opened at 8a
There is a young woman that works at the counter. She is always very nice, knowledgeable about all things FedEx. She so patient. FedEx is lucky to have her.
The front desk attendant was wonderful! She even called me back (I when my package returned from being out on the route (I needed to pick my package up after I missed it at my house). Above and beyond customer service!
Worst location and customer service.
