Impossibly poor service. Packages are delayed because they "can't locate my address" more than half the time. Worst yet, they have notified the companies that I frequently shop with that my address is invalid which means I now get to pick up all my orders at the post office rather than have them direct shipped to my home. I have lived at this address for 20 years and have not had a delivery problem until this delivery center became the provider.
It is practically impossible to find a more unprofessional/inept office anywhere. It is too sad that we have to deal with this office. Couple of examples: (a) They left a notice at our office door indicating that we have a package. When I went to the Fedex office to get it I found out that the package was addressed to a different company at a different location.
