Norm was not helpful. Went to pickup my package right where they opened at 9am and was told it wasn’t there. I requested to have him hold it and he refused. Useless drive, worst customer service!
I am bumping up my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because my last two drop-off visits have been great. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Clerk was rude and kept repeating how my box should be denied because it wasn’t perfectly square. He said it comprised other customers packages. Still trying to figure that one out. It’s like he was baiting me for an argument so he could send me packing. On top of that he entered the address number wrong so it was sent to someone else’s house. Luckily that person in Arizona took it back to their local Fed Ex and it was eventually delivered to the rightful recipient. This was a package that cost me over $100 to ship. Terrible... read more
