Worst location and customer service.
Can't guarantee a delivery, ordered an item with $500 value, but won't deliver it because of a signature required that I never selected or chose or authorized for a signature required
Front desk worker was very rude and unhelpful. Had to go to a different FedEx location to ship something that they “weren’t allowed to ship”…
poor phone staff
Norm was not helpful. Went to pickup my package right where they opened at 9am and was told it wasn’t there. I requested to have him hold it and he refused. Useless drive, worst customer service!
