I gave one ☆ because ZERO wasn't an option! Living in Alaska it's hard enough to get things shipped to you, FedEx is constantly creating more issues! I wish merchants would use another method of shipping, but I guess no one gives a crap about us. FedEx received my pkg on Thur (I was in Anchorage on Fri & Sat) - but they didn't update the tracking stating that they had my pkg in their hands until Monday. Impossibly poor service. Packages are delayed because they "can't locate my address" more than half the time. Worst yet, they have notified the companies that I frequently shop with that my address is invalid which means I now get to pick up all my orders at the post office rather than have them direct shipped to my home. I have lived at this address for 20 years and have not had a delivery problem until this delivery center became the provider.
It is practically impossible to find a more unprofessional/inept office anywhere. It is too sad that we have to deal with this office. Couple of examples: (a) They left a notice at our office door indicating that we have a package. When I went to the Fedex office to get it I found out that the package was addressed to a different company at a different location.
