They will scam you at this location! Took my package into this location. Gave them the address asked for the shipping rate they gave me the rate. I informed my customer. When they went to do the label the rate increased substantially with in less than 5 minutes.
I received a call that my package address needed to be corrected. I have made four phone calls to what I believe is a call center in the Philippines and talked to lovely people who have updated the information yet the package has not moved from Idaho falls. I have not heard from a representative from Idaho falls. The package originated in New York with multiple stops and somehow Idaho falls does not understand the delivery address.
