You are the worst shipping company ever! Do you ever deliver any packages to the correct address?? And when I call I can't get through to a real person.
As I walked in and my boyfriend was carrying the tires an employee stated from the back “oh great this guy has tires we should have locked the door” only to walk out and see me standing at the counter. The employee then stated they do not print labels at their location from QR codes but their website states they do. I would NOT recommend this location at all!
Another day, another delayed delivery. Supposedly due to weather, funny thing though, it was 36 degrees and balmy, and the roads were clear. FedEx, why don't you give up and let UPS take over, they're soooo much better than you... At least they don't have to lie about why their driver is too lazy to finish their route, their drivers finish their route like they should!
FedEx is very cost effective and easy to use! Highly recommend for quick delivery!
Had to return some gifts for exchange or refund and they are NO hassle!! Love them. Over off of Mauldin Rd. Eau Claire WI
