Truly an incompetent shipping center. They are chronically unable to deliver packages on time, and their poor customer service makes it almost impossible to arrange for delivery or pickup. That no changes have been made over years underscores they do not care about efficient service or delivery. UPDATE: Four months later, and their employees continue to chose to not deliver our packages. Horrible business, horrible management, horrible employees.
