Friendly staff and no line for help.
Absolutely never on time.
I was literally home all morning waiting for a package that needed to be signed for, I was told there was an attempted delivery when I saw and heard no attempted delivery nor was there an attempted delivery note left. This was a time sensitive delivery that was needed. I opted to be able to pick it up the next day which would’ve been today but now I’m being told that I can’t get it until tomorrow by 5 PM. So disgustingly lazy. Your drivers don’t want to do their job. This is a joke.
We continue to have our Express Scripts packages that are temperature regulated listed as unable to deliver because we are in a gated community. I specifically talked to a FedEx driver out of Magna and was told each driver has carrier codes and I have gone online and added to my FedEx delivery manager our personal gate code so this should never happen.
