“Attempted delivery” not on my doorbell camera and the photo is of a shop floor. I sat at home all day for a missed 12pm delivery, then a “we’ll deliver by end of day” and then this right before the business closes so I can’t even pick it up.
I got legitimately good advice and help and will print with them in the future. But I had to wait to ask my question because the place seemed understaffed at the hour that I went in. If I were the corporate office, I would use traffic patterns or data from the cameras to ensure that I was adequately staffed. Otherwise they’re going to have people walking out and losing business, or waiting too long.
Was able to get my rerouted package just in time
The front customer service girl lacks customer service. We have been waiting 5 extra days for a package needed for a large event tonight. We’ve been chasing the package since last Thursday. It was requested to be held at this location for pick up at 9am today and the customer facing staff this morning was obtuse and belligerent when it came time to track the package via the driver.
