Looks like I had the same experience as tons of other people on here. Waited at home all day for a time sensitive delivery of a $2000 package that needed a signature. I got one email in the morning that it was out for delivery. Then zero communication for the rest of the day. Only when I went to look at my tracking to figure out why it was so late did I find that there was an "attempted delivery" but apparently they couldn't be bothered to call, text, or even ring the doorbell.
