I can’t get in touch with anyone. I’ve tried to call and the automated system won’t connect me to a real human. They have a package of mine that they are going to return to sender if I can’t get in touch with them! I’m so irritated at Fedex.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to pick up a package for my partner, but because my driver’s license had an old address, I was initially told they couldn’t release it. After contacting FedEx support, I learned a utility bill could be used as proof of address, but no one at the store had mentioned that. I just picked up a package and shipped one out. I worked with Elias and he was over and beyond helpful. Best experience I have ever had at a FedEx. Thank you for making my life easy! Truly appreciated his help and positive attitude!
