I use FedEx almost weekly for my work, and my organization has an account with them, so I’ve had plenty of experience with their service. I’m usually very satisfied, but this experience truly stood out. Shana at the 351 W 12300 S location in Draper went above and beyond in a way that genuinely impressed me. I paid extra for overnight delivery. Going on three days now and no delivery was made. The package is sitting at the facility no delivery attempt has been made but I paid over $80 for overnight delivery. I wish there was 0 star
I visited this store shortly before closing to ship some important packages to India. As I had never shipped internationally before, Shana was incredibly patient and willing to help me navigate the entire process. I truly appreciate her dedication and help!
