Fast and friendly
FedEx driver lied about their attempt to deliver my package. This is not the 1st time. UPDATE: Customer service is everything and Sharonita, the Senior Customer Agent has it. She called me yesterday, having the delivery driver come out today. I’d like to thank her as well. They are wonderful. Thank you again.
Most people only write bad reviews but today i want to shoutout Nicole for going above and beyond to make sure i got my package. She was aware of my travel arrangements and the winter storm and called to make sure i was back home to sign for my package and to make sure i returned safe from vacation. Nicole thank you and give this girl a raise ASAP.
