Terrible!!! You cannot talk or call anyone, why are we using AI for phones they can’t help?!? I dropped off a package in the drop box and it’s still hasn’t updated for days. FedEx has terrible service and customer service. I’m only using USPS from now, this is so frustrating.

Danielle at the counter was rude to the customers in front of us, and rude to me. Quite frankly she just seemed like she was giving people hard times because she was having a bad day. According to FedEx Policy as screenshotted below. Anyone with a matching address can pick up an order. She was rude while stating the names had to match on the ID, not just the address. I came in right at opening to pick up a small package, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. This is my first time here, The employee who assisted me, I believe her name was Danielle, was incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in.
