Bad customer service. Door said open at 9:00 am but they came late & open at 9:10am.
I visited this location on March 5th at 3:57 PM and had a great experience. There were two ladies working at the front, and both were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since it was my first time coming to this location, I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were. The transaction was very fast, I was in and out within about two minutes. Danielle was unprofessional and not customer-oriented. From the beginning of the interaction, she came across as rude and dismissive, making the experience uncomfortable and confrontational. I provided three separate tracking numbers confirming the package was at the location, and I had already spoken with a FedEx representative who confirmed I could pick it up.
