Danielle at the counter was rude to the customers in front of us, and rude to me. Quite frankly she just seemed like she was giving people hard times because she was having a bad day. According to FedEx Policy as screenshotted below. Anyone with a matching address can pick up an order. She was rude while stating the names had to match on the ID, not just the address. I came in right at opening to pick up a small package, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. This is my first time here, The employee who assisted me, I believe her name was Danielle, was incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. I’m not sure what warranted the attitude, especially first thing in the morning when the store had just opened. I unfortunately had to drive from my house in northern Socorro county to this location to retrieve my package because the driver never delivered it. I was supposed to receive my package on 7/30/26, but the driver never showed up at my house. He marked it as attempted but wrong address. Funny thing is, I have cameras facing my gate and my whole property for that matter, and I watched it all day waiting even though it was 112° at my house that day. There is a 60% chance they will not deliver what you paid them to. Total incompetence, they wont help you either. I stay away if you can. UPS is probably the best we have seen here.
