They never deliver when they say they will or they deliver to the wrong address. Avoid fedex at all costs.
They keep throwing my boxes into my neighbors backyard (not even on my road). I called, and was told it wouldn't happen again. Surprise surprise, they did it again. This time with live animals, they THREW the box of living animals iver the fence, and they froze to death in the night. Yall killed my pets because you couldnt be bothered to call if you were lost. Im so tired of FedEx.
