Horrible service. Shows attitude for a lot shipment boxes. I don't know why that would be an issue??
I have been trying to pick my package for the past 3 days. 6/23- FedEx came to my door and I wasn’t home the gentleman informed me that the package required and adult and a signature. He said I can pick up my package at the FedEx location in Canoga Park later that day. I was not able to pick it up. 6/24- I went the following day during my lunch around 12:20pm a lady was there and I informed her that I came to pick up my package. Drove by 6/22, no drop box present outside.
When I arrived, it looked like everyone was busy, but a young guy came out of the back to help me, and I was in and out less than five minutes.
