I missed my delivery and customer service reached out to the driver and shipping yard and I was able to meet the driver at the shipping yard instead of waiting til the next business day. I wish I would have got the woman's name who helped us she was awesome! Even called us when the driver got there to give us our packages. 🙌 Thank you FedEx!
I have a package arrive in Abilene with enough time to be delivered today (the due date is tomorrow). The package was falsely scanned Business closed. I work for a different package company so i know that a package for a residence should not be scanned business closed. I called the 1800 and spoke with a guy. He gave me the address and stated.
