Why do I have call three times yelling at the automated system that I want to speak to a real person because I get transferred to one. My package is worth $2,000 and the driver just drives past my house. I already paid for the theee day shipping for that to be delayed a day and now I’m just not getting my package and can’t even get a real human to speak to about it.
