Terrible customer service. I had a package I needed to sign for but needed to have a c section and wasn’t available. I called multiple times saying the circumstances and was told 3 attempts were made to deliver, however the driver attempted to deliver it to the wrong address the first time. I was told the station agreed to redeliver due to the circumstances and me not being able to drive to pickup and that the driver messed up the address on the first attempt.
