Absolutely terrible…. They keep changing the delivery time and or date on every package I order…. Then when you call to find out what happened they tell oh it will be there by such and suck and that is all they can tell you…. I never get a package on time or when they say they will get it to me… if I cold have the choice of UPS or Post Office I would choose either one over fedex… they used to be really good but their customer service is crap and at least my delivery driver is crap
