I had bought a ball python offline and had it shipped here and when the lady had brought the box out she had slammed it on the table even though the box says “fragile live animal” on the box. Clearly didn’t read or just didn’t care because it was a snake. Absolutely unacceptable either way.
Today, Bob provided the most customer service friendly experience I’ve ever had. He was above and beyond helpful and I couldn’t be more greatful for his support. Bob needs a raise and a promotion asap. He is the type of employee an employer should keep happy because he goes the extra mile to help customers.
