Driver lied , said I refused delivery, but I have a camera at my door , that shows driver got nervous, and left with my package instead of just placing my package at my door , im going to post on social media if I don't get my package today , thats not right or fair. Makes me believe racial profiling. Driver should loose job , Driver doesn't deserve this job and is clearly unfit , and should be banned for life of ever touching someone else's property

Had the extremely unfortunate pleasure to have to try and pick up my package. Told have to wait 15 minutes for a manager...Briton H. Who informed me although the package was in possession and in fact at the building it was "inaccessible". Despite uos customer service confirming it was available for pick up across multiple phone calls. As we walked in, there was nobody available to greet us, which I understand—it’s a post office, and employees are often busy. My main issue was that while we were waiting in line, there was no clear way to get assistance from an employee until someone happened to come through the doors and trigger the notification sound. Later, we asked an employee for help addressing an envelope because we were using a type we weren’t familiar with. He told us that we needed to print the label ourselves. Terrible customer service, you cant call the local location, toll free 800 number can barely understand what they are saying in english. The website said they would deliver to Walgreens but they did not. Took me 3 days to get a package from FedEx that required signature. I had to drive to this location and wait a long time and show multiple IDs. Very disappointing.
