Had to pick up a package I waited for until about an hour before they closed for the day. They marked it undelivered because of a holiday but told me they left it off because they were closed. Then why wait until 4:30pm to update the tracking number when you left it off first thing in the morning. Not the biggest deal just wasted an entire day but hey I got the package

Awesome experience every time I go there. The workers are friendly, professional and wait times are non-existent. The do a great job, and they sell snacks.
I had a great experience at this FedEx location today. After being quoted an extremely high price elsewhere, I came here to compare — and FedEx shipped the exact same package for about one-third of the cost, with the same delivery speed and insurance. The staff were professional, transparent, and efficient. Pricing was clearly explained, there were no surprises, and the process was fast and straightforward. I really appreciated the honesty and fair pricing. This will absolutely be my go-to place for shipping going forward.
Never deliver packages where they belong. They need to remove delivery instructions from their site because they don't follow them
