Not reliable- usually late or lost
Everytime I have a package come through this company, it’s an issue. I wish I could pick where my packages go. They always change my delivery date and can never give me a good enough reason on why my things are ALWAYS an issue. You can’t speak with anyone and when you do, I can’t understand them. Do better !!!
