By far the worse shipping company I have ever had to deal with! I have never received a package on time, they have delivered to the wrong address many times, I have had a driver sit a 115lb package on my brand new car and dent it and of course FedEx never fixed my car, a driver has left my packages in the mud and it was still raining, and today they stated they delivered my package and uploaded a image of my package on the back of the FedEx truck next to other packages! Everytime I have a package go to this FedEx facility in Macon, my delivery gets delayed for several days. Most recently, the shipping status was changed to say customer not available. The package does not require a signature and I was home all day! Piss poor service!
One of the WORST delivery companies ever. This is the fourth time they have delivered my package to the wrong address. I not sure if the drivers are blind or what but there is no way possible they should be delivering to the wrong house every time, especially when my house number is on my mailbox AND on the house in big numbers. They need to hire better drivers (that can read and pay attention) or provide training over again. If I could give zero stars I would. This is absolutely unacceptable. FedEx do better!!!
