Packages are being left by the road in the rain without protection drivers are too lazy to bring the Packages to my house
Shipment that are suppose to be next day never arrives until second day which is inconvenient and not professional service during critical needs driver says property is unaccessible or no one was home and that’s never the case . Might as well not pay for the service or make arrangements because they fail at delivery the drivers lie . Do better or get reliable and honest service ppl and if you can’t do that close the facility .
