I ordered a set of $1,500 Michelin Run-flat tires. Fed-Ex allegedly left them by the mailbox like trash, down the hill from my house. I never received them. Yet, they walked packages to the front door 2 days in a row AFTER my tires never made it to me.
I had a terrible experience. They didn’t deliver my package the day it said out for delivery and I had to stay home to wait for it because I had to sign for it. I called after the intended delivery time was passed and they told me they were only 20-30 minutes out. 2 hours later, I called again and was guaranteed it would be there, so I never left my house.
