Friendly staff
Extremely poor customer service. At 11:09 AM, the employee assisting me stated they do not print labels, which is understandable. However, before I finished speaking, she walked away from the counter and went to watch TV during company time. This behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If this reflects how customers are treated, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Management seriously needs to address this.
I had to make a return, it was quick easy and simple
I’ve called twice to the main 1-800 # and was told my package is at this facility. When I arrived I was told it is in a crate that could not be opened until Monday. I have never heard of such a thing. Then I was told there was no supervisor to speak with. What terrible customer service.
