The FedEx ship center at this location is the reason why you get your delivery on time and notified when it is delivered like clockwork FedEx is the best and always has been the best Delivery products on the market. The CEO took a lot of risk back in the day and knew the business of logistics and these days with technology, you could get your products the same day. Amazon is the new game in town, but their quality and their unreliability on delivery is not even comparable to FedEx.
Extremely disappointing experience at this FedEx location. The staff and especially the manager were arrogant and completely unwilling to help with a simple issue involving a misdelivered package. No effort, no solutions, just attitude. Hard to believe this is what they call “customer service.” Very frustrating for a long-time FedEx customer...
