delivery scheduled for Saturday morning received an email at 10:30 am attempted delivery none went through it's completely false I was there waiting for this important package for me reschedule for the following Monday and on Sunday I see a truck pass on my street no delivery completely useless this company the drivers are incompetent unprofessional I hate fedex, no confidence in this company I stress every time I have a delivery coming from Fedex

The service is always fast, and the staff are helpful and friendly.
The people that work behind the counter are not friendly at all. I know they’re busy and they’re burned out, but they are extremely unfriendly. There’s a young black girl that works there that has zero personality whatsoever barely opens her mouth to talk to anyone. She needs to be retrained or move to a different area because she doesn’t seem to like people. It’s like she’s aggravated all the time. It’s a customer service nightmare.
