Driver lied on me and said recipient refused the package because it was damaged now I'm having problems with FedEx whose responsible no picture was taken or nothing.I spoke to somebody from FedEx that said he will try to have the shipment turned around to come back to me and that was when it was in Ocala Florida. Now it is way in Arizona and nothing has been done the shipper won't give me a refund or another scooter because FedEx say I refuse the package
No public men's room. Had to pee outside on grass next to a fenced security area and visible to parking lot. Very inconvenient.
Horrible Experience. Every time I get a delivery from this specific FedEx Location I have to put in a complaint 3 times because the drivers don’t do they job. The Driver pulled up to my gate didn’t even attempt to press the intercom nor look up my name!
