Been waiting for my package for three days and today my package was supposed to be delivered, now FedEx always come to where I stay never been a problem before today,so I while I'm waiting I come to find that my package wasn't delivered... the driver Vanessa claimed I wasn't here and couldn't deliver the package.... when all packages get received by the staff members. What's upsetting to me even more the fact is i call FedEx and they say nothing can be done and now I have to wait til monday to receive my package. I can't rid... read more
Poor customer service, not willing to help since I needed a box to send some heavy items , he said they dont have boxes .
Don’t come here if you want a quick in-and-out experience. Even the package drop box outside is out of order. Worth it to drive to a further location for faster service
