Generally pretty fast to get in and out, usually pretty nice folks working when I’m there. They helped me sort out delivery issues with my work location, which in turn helped sort out the issues for the entire building- a huge deal. Thanks, friends!

The ebony lady is very rude and never seems like she's wants to be at work. She's been rude and also has a I don't care attitude. She's projected it towards me and I've witnessed her do it to other customers. The representative is very arrogant and reluctant to provide the basic information. Time of visit: 09/05 12:13 am I will complain to FedEx if they care. very impolite. The staff member at this time is very rude. I do not work there so I asked info. She willingly demonstrated uninterested to provide info.
