Went to this location after being specifically told I need to go here to ship a battery by another location. I was met by a woman named Laraine who did not want to do anything besides stand there. Apparently they can’t print labels or assist with the information they are requesting. Please stop hiring people with terrible attitudes in customer service roles, not only did she throw her team from another location under the bus and put all the blame on them, she was unwilling to assist me in anyway and just said I don’t know.pl... read more
I’ve never had a more rude encounter than when I went here. The lady helping me huffed and puffed and didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. She also got mad at me when I said I didn’t have proof of address that I lived at the location my package was being delivered to, granted it was my husbands business the package was going to. Don’t understand why these people have to be so angry and rude when you walk in very cheerful
