Customer service is terrible. I wish there was a negative star option. And if your property is even the slightest bit confusing the drivers won’t even try. They hold your stuff hostage, there’s no one to talk to about issues and they never leave me a ticket saying they tried delivering. The automated voice you get when you call just hangs up on you. FedEx should stop doing mail services. Don’t ever use FedEx if you can avoid it.
