Online said my package is getting delivered today for days then the day they try to deliver the driver says it was wrong address when it wasn’t then I call to talk to a manager and they say that’s not allowed fed ex SUCKS wish I could give 0 stars
Frequently charges penalty saying packages weigh more or are larger than declared. I have all packaging at my business on video and can prove them incorrect. FedEx is a very dishonest company. Pictures show the cost for 1.75 lbs is the same as 2.38 pounds, yet they charged $36.79 as a penalty because the actual weight was 1.8 lbs.
The elderly blonde lady working behind the counter was less than welcoming/helpful in my return process. Yikes!
