Hands down the most unreliable delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. Every “2-day air” package magically becomes a 4-day ordeal once it lands at their facility. My most recent shipment — my medication, no less — was marked out for delivery before being mysteriously “delayed due to an incorrect address.” Odd, considering my address was perfectly correct on every confirmation email.
