After 2 days of calls and directions, because they kept trying to deliver the package to my neighbor and being told they would redeliver I showed up to pick it up during the time they should have been bringing it back. It was at the office, took seconds for the lady to find which means they had no intention of doing so. We paid extra money to have a package delivered to the same address I have had for 20 years. I paid for 2 day delivery. I receive packages daily to this address. We are now on Day 12 and the package is still sitting in the Rainbow City facility "because the driver could not find our house". I have called and called. We live over 2 hours from this location and they told me a few minutes ago that I would need to come in person and pick it up. Strange, there is no direct way we can contact this facility.
