Waited a minute, but the desk person was extremely helpful! Was able to ship a late item to a customer to a FedEx location so they could pickup there while on vacation. I didn’t know that was a possibility!
If I could give a zero I would. I was supposed to get my medicine (that needs to be refrigerated) yesterday morning. I watched the tracking all day and nothing updated. They ended up taking it back to the facility at 7:30pm when it said delivery before 8pm. I called and nobody knew where my medicine was or why it didn’t get to me.
