If I could give a zero I would. I was supposed to get my medicine (that needs to be refrigerated) yesterday morning. I watched the tracking all day and nothing updated. They ended up taking it back to the facility at 7:30pm when it said delivery before 8pm. I called and nobody knew where my medicine was or why it didn’t get to me. I’ve been missing my delivery for 3 days and no one to talk to. They leave a tag on the door but you can’t call anyone. Terrible.
